Non-DOT Drug Test

Our Non-DOT urine test is a drug screening conducted outside the U.S. Department of Transportation’s hazardous-material and safety-focused framework. The screenings are often used by private employers, schools, or organizations. The core purpose remains the same: detect recent use of illegal drugs or controlled substances to support safety, compliance, and workplace policies.

The sample is sent to a certified lab before a Medical Review Officer verifies the final result.

Our 5-panel urine collection test identifies metabolites in an individual’s system, which are chemicals that remain after your body metabolizes certain substances, such as food or drugs. DOT tests require strict chain-of-custody procedures and specific confirmatory testing. They typically screen for metabolites linked to the following drug types:

• Amphetamines, such as ecstasy, crystal meth, or Ritalin

• Phencyclidine, also called PCP or angel dust

• Cocaine and crack cocaine

• Opiates, such heroin, oxycodone, or hydrocodone

• Marijuana

The sample is sent to a certified lab before a Medical Review Officer verifies the final result.

6AM (+6AM): 6-Monoacetylmorphine, a specific and immediate metabolite of heroin.

BUP: Buprenorphine (such as Suboxone), used for opioid addiction treatment or pain.

EXPOPI: Expanded Opiates, covering semi-synthetic opioids like hydrocodone, hydromorphone, and oxycodone derivatives.

FEN: Fentanyl, a potent synthetic opioid.

KET: Ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic.

MDMA: Ecstasy / Molly (Methylenedioxymethamphetamine).MEP (+MEP): Meperidine (Demerol), a synthetic opioid pain medication.

OXY: Oxycodone (OxyContin, Percocet).

TRAM: Tramadol, a synthetic opioid analgesic.

ZOLP: Zolpidem (Ambien), a sedative-hypnotic prescription medication

Rapid Urinalysis Test

A rapid urinalysis test is a quick screening test that checks a urine sample for signs of health conditions, infections or substance use. This is a dipstick urine test NOT microscopic. Any abnormal results detected. Please contact your physician for further evaluation.

Non-DOT Alcohol Test

Our Breath alcohol tests, are performed using a breathalyzer device, measure alcohol in an employee’s exhaled breath. Alcohol consumed enters the bloodstream and is then exhaled through the lungs, allowing the breathalyzer to estimate blood alcohol concentration (BAC). These tests offer quick results, are non-invasive, and can detect alcohol for up to 12 hours after consumption
